Domestic Shipping

Shipment Processing Time

Upon receipt and confirmation of your order, please allow a period of 48 hours to process your order. For orders placed during a holiday or special promotion, please allow for a processing time of 3-4 business days. Estimated delivery times for shipment are applicable to addresses located in the 48 contiguous United States once orders have left our distribution center.

Baps Hair Products are available for shipment according to the following methods, estimated times and rates.

*Eastern U.S. includes ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TN, KY, OH, MI, IN, IL, AR, IA, WI, KS, MN, MO, MS.

**Western U.S. includes WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, OK, TX, NM, LA, UT, CO.

Shipments to APO/FPO Addresses

Shipments to military locations—APO and FPO addresses—must be delivered via United States Postal Service. UPS and priority/express delivery options are unavailable.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders ship only on business days, which are Monday – Friday. Federal holidays within the United States are excluded.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed and shipped by the end of the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all items or shipping addresses as per U.S. Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
  • All expedited orders require a street address.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders are receivable by shipment only; no pick-up orders are available.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once you have completed your online order, you will receive an email containing confirmation of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email which confirms your shipment and contains your tracking number. You may use this tracking number to track your order at the website of the carrier selected to ship your order. For your convenience, those sites are available at the following links:

International Shipping

Delivery Method

USPA Flat Rate Shipping for $45.00 for all order worldwide outside the USA.

We also only ship bulk orders internationally. Please email Bapshair@gmail.com for more details on bulk orders.

Once processed, all packages with international destinations are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority International or Express Mail International. International fees apply. As with domestic shipments, you receive an email confirming your order and a second email confirming shipment which will also include your tracking number. Please allow 10-15 days for transit to all locations outside of the contiguous United States.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international shipments are subject to any applicable local customs regulations, duties and tax charges, all of which are the responsibility of you, the purchaser. Please check with your local customs department to verify that shipment of our products is permitted to your country and to receive information on any applicable duties or tariffs. Should your shipment be refused by customs or by you due to regulations, taxes and/or duties OR if your shipment is seized by customs for any reason and not returned to Taliah Waajid Brand, no refund will be provided.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Upon shipment and once packages have been confirmed as delivered to the order address, Baps Hair bear no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. To receive information on shipments presumed lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and make sure to have your tracking number readily available. Once the order has shipped and tracking capabilities become available, we strongly recommend tracking your shipment’s progress closely. We also recommend being available to receive your shipment directly on the estimated package arrival date or contacting the carrier to schedule a pick up at their holding facility. 

Damaged Orders

Once shipped, Baps Hair bears no responsibility for products damaged in transit. In the event of such damage, a claim must be initiated by you, the purchaser and properly filed with the delivering carrier. We will be happy to assist in this process as needed. We can also offer a replacement of the damaged items, or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value, upon return of items in question.

Return Policy

Baps Hair will accept returns and exchanges of new, unused products within 30 days of original date of purchase. Returns and exchanges are only applicable to products ordered through Bapshair.com and not to products ordered or purchased through any other website or entity. Products purchased in a set must be returned together as a set. We do not accept returns of the following:

  • Gift Cards
  • Product Sample Packages
  • Individual Product Samples

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same form of payment as tendered at the time of purchase. We will credit your account upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Please allow 5-7 days for receipt of credit. For instructions on a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of order date at: info@bapshair.com
