WE Do NOT accept returns for used products.

Our products do NOT have a money back guarantee.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less shipping charges. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a rerouting fee plus the shipping fee that will be charged.

DAMAGE POLICY

Once shipped, Baps Hair bears no responsibility for products damaged in transit. In the event of such damage, a claim must be initiated by you, the purchaser and properly filed with the delivering carrier. We will be happy to assist in this process as needed. We can also offer a replacement of the damaged items, or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value, upon return of items in question.

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company’s responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. The addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper.
